Scan answer sheets
- Print sheets from an assessment's menu: Print answer sheets…
- Lay each sheet flat, in good light, with all four corner squares in view.
- A green outline means the sheet was graded. Amber means it was graded but some marks need a look, or it was already recorded. Red means it was not recorded — the reason is shown below the camera.
- Each sheet is checked on this device first, then queued for grading. Results appear in the scan log, usually within seconds; under heavy load it can take longer.
- Keep this screen open until no sheet is still on this device — after that you can leave and come back for the results.
- Photos are deleted as soon as a sheet is graded.
- Scanning a changed sheet again records a correction for that student.
Grades go straight into the gradebook as automatic grades.
